Truck Drivers need to weigh loads and make sure they are not overweight but also must slide trailers tandems to be legal according to each state’s length laws. Thirteen states have length laws.
USA LENGTH LAWS for 53’ TRAILERS WITH DUAL AXLES: These are maximum distances allowed except Michigan which shows maximum and minimum. Rear axle group means more than 1 trailer axle.
